Was the room clean and comfy? Yes. Was the water pressure n the shower everything I hoped for? Absolutely. Was the hot chocolate in the lobby free and delicious? You know it. What would make me want to go back to this hotel? The staff. The staff was awesome - and I mean awesome. The guy who checked us in (DJ)  - was the absolute best. We felt like he was one of our friends with his laid back and personable demeanor. 
100% would come back again.

This is a great Marriott! The staff is so friendly and helpful! It’s very very clean. Much nicer than Residence Inn in Boston. Stay here in Natick! Great location! Good restaurants! Good shopping!

Moving out of town. Stayed here on after a long cold day of movers at the house (day after bomb cyclone). Got online during the day and booked a room. Asked for a quiet room. We got it. Clean room, hot shower, comfy bed. 9 hours later and I never heard anything but the wind outside. Perfect.

The service is great. The rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. The air conditioning is excellent. Restaurant is great with wide variety of choices for a meal.

At first I thought this would be a great place to stay well I was wrong because first of we had to cook are food downstairs because they don’t have microwaves in the rooms second of all the microwave stopped when we were cooking are food.  Also for the bathrooms in our room the since was outside of the bathroom and when we told them we would have five people they said ok but then we got a call saying that they can only fit four and that they don’t have a cot or a couch so we had to bring our own air mattress and we also found dead lady bugs all over the room.  The only thing I appreciated was the soft beds and the workout gym.
