For the most part this isn't a bad place for a night or 2. I've have stayed here twice before and it seems to be a bit better now. I'm not sure what they mean by the plus, but maybe because they cleaned it up a bit. Check in was pretty quick and easy. The front staff were pretty nice and check out was also easy and fast. I had no problems with my room, it was clean. I did here a couple complain that their room smelt like smoke and heard the staff say they would move their room.

Comfortable, clean room for a night or two. Great rates especially for people traveling with dogs.  I had two dogs and paid $80 per night. Boarding the boys would be around $150 and I'd still need a hotel room. It's a no brainier if you ask me.

Apparently the Plus+ in this place means you pay extra for what other hotels give you for the same price. As a frequent hotel guest and someone who works in the hospitality industry, I am seriously disappointed in this place. We arrive and the room is clean, but quickly notice there is no fridge, microwave, or hairdryer. The TV is really small and the bathroom is little bigger than a shoe box, and the AC unit is from the 1960's. 

The answer to why is included in the little book proudly displayed on the desk (Right next to the envelope begging for a $2 to $5 tip for their housekeeping staff). This place expects you to pay to "Upgrade" your room to get these amenities that every other hotel I have stayed in for the past 5 years gives you for the same price. Get what you pay for and stay somewhere else.

Get what you pay for, nothing more, perhaps a little bit less. If you need a quick place to lay down for the evening with no fuss, might be worth it. Can only really see this being worth it if you're driving for long distances or don't plan on spending more than a few hours in the room. Dunkin Donuts, a gas station/convenience store, and entrance to the Mass Pike are all within a one minute drive or less, so that's a plus.
