I love everything about this place!!! The Hampton Inn has become my home away from home. From the initial desk service to the morning breakfast and all in between.. meaning the perfectly furnished and spacial suite... I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Again, this has become my home away from home. Oh yes; and all of this was not expensive at all!

When we got to the room on Sunday I wasn’t sure if the bedding had been changed because the sheets were wrinkled. But Wednesday night, after spending all day in Boston, the sheets still had not been changed. I could tell because of a little stain/spot that was on the bottom sheet. Went to the front desk to ask about getting bedding changed an the women there said if there was a ‘do not disturb’ they wouldn’t be changed. But we left at 9:30 that morning, no sign on the door & the room was picked up & beds were made while we were out. The women at the front desk then said House keeping had gone for the day and she could provide sheets to me to change the beds. My answer was no. The night house man came up to the room and did an awesome job changing the bedding of one of the beds. Not a happy guest. The women at the front desk in the evening could benefit from some customer service classes.

Hotel is in a great location easily accessible to many motorways. Room is large with a nice view of golf course, bed is very comfortable and like that there is a microwave and fridge in the room. Staff weren't super friendly when checking in and had to ask why credit card was beung charged more then the room rate.

My Aunt was in need of temporary lodging due to a burst water pipe in her home. The staff have gone above and beyond in their kindness to her, they are helpful and caring. The facility is clean and welcoming, the restaurant is excellent.

The hotel room was nice, and the staff was friendly. My chief complaint is there was noisy duct work going on early in the morning that kept waking me up. It sounded like a wrench being banged around somewhere in the ducts that connected to the fan in the bathroom. Also, you can only access northbound travel from the parking lot, so you have to u-turn a good bit to get anywhere.
