This is the older Residence Inn. No communication amongst front desk staff. No one got our check out time correct. There's no parking. It was all taken. We had to park in handicap. The bed was hard. I could feel the springs. Breakfast wasn't good and the iron was broken. We won't stay here again. The Braintree Residence Inn is new and really comfortable place to stay.

Nice property. Quiet. Friendly staff and they serve great free meals breakfast and dinner. Plenty of places nearby for food, convenience items, etc.

The rooms are nice and the staff is great. The only issue I had was with the inconsiderate people above me. I complained on multiple occasions and it only made the noise worse. Still waiting for management to deal with the issue.

Nice sized suites with well equipped kitchenette. Fireplace makes the room extra cozy.

What a great hotel! For almost the same price as a run down two star dated property, we stayed at this AWESOME Mariott property. The rooms were beautiful, the configuration of the king bed, pull out, and the L shaped sofa gave everyone in our family of 5 a place to sleep comfortably, even in the "basic" level room. The full breakfast the next morning was excellent. There were savory and sweet choices, and a veggie tofu scramble that was delicious. I highly recommend this property.
