The room was beautiful and spacious. I would like to have given them 5 stars. However, there AC issues. Room was hot and the housekeeper banged on the door 2 1/2 hrs before checkout time waking the children when there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Other than that, great location for all shopping and dining.

It is a decent stay, however there were some infractions that hindered my experience. No remote in bedroom, there wasn't bedding for the pull out couch, they ran out of towels, and even after requesting more once housekeeping service I didn't receive them until i went to the desk myself. Speaking of housekeeping, you can tell some staff care more than others about their cleaning. Shower curtain was dirty, and you can tell whoever turned the room did a rush job. The front desk staff was helpful though so it eased the issues some.

The courtyard Marriott is located in a good location, the beds we're soft and the TV worked well (though dated), the store is expensive (but that's expected really. There's no free breakfast and the customer service was lack luster at the front desk during my stay. All of this is bearable if your just interested in a bed to rest in, but having been to other hotels you just feel your missing "something."

It was a nice room with a big bathroom and two beds and a tv with a good amount of channels. Had a wardrobe and a desk, but when we got there, the pool was under maintenance and it wouldn't be done until after our stay. The water pressure was pretty bad in the shower. Also had a one seat couch to sit in whilst watching TV
