We enjoyed the indoor pool. It was open from 7am to 10pm which I really like! The room was nice, the front desk people were very nice along with the breakfasts people. There is a nice selection of food.

This was a nice hotel. Very clean, staff was pleasant to deal with, breakfast was good for a free meal. The only thing that bummed me out was, usually the staff at the hotels in different locations are locals to the area, and usually you can pick their brains for tips on visiting local attractions. In this instance, the staff didn't have much to offer. But that is beside the point of this review, has nothing to do with how well they do their jobs, and they do their jobs very well at this location. I would definitely stay here again, I have a large family, so accommodating us is a feat in itself and that says a lot about the capabilities of the staff at this location. High fives to everyone over at the Mt. Vernon Hampton Inn & Suites! Thanks for a great stay! Hope to see you all again soon!

I have been on the road and living in a hotel for almost the last five months. It’s been difficult to be away from home for such a long time. One of the highlights of my day is when I get home (back to the hotel, feels like home because it’s been so long) and my room is immaculate. My bed is made and all my linen is fresh. Even on the days I didn’t need my room fixed Leticia made sure to go out of her way to check if I needed linen or anything else. The thing that means the most to me is just how welcome and at home she and the rest of the staff makes me feel. You can really tell when someone is just doing their job and when someone really cares and she has made all the difference.
