Pretty disappointed with this specific Hilton... We did the online check in, stopped in around 5pm long enough to drop off our bags and head right back out to the event we were in town to attend... We returned to the room around 1am, and found that our bed was hard as a rock. My wife called down to the front desk, and they mentioned that the bed was able to be adjusted. We checked this adjustment knob, and it was already on the softest setting, so we called down again and was told it may take a few minutes and to lay on it and see if you can feel it changing. Considering it was already on the softest setting, this was just a waste of time. We called back 5 minutes later to let them know it was the same, and that we wanted to move to another room. They obliged, and 10 minutes later, they brought us new keys. We move our stuff, only to find that this bed is the same... With it being almost 2am by this point, we just wanted to go to sleep. Woke up this morning with my back killing me, and a stiff neck... This place is in desperate need of some upgrades, as I find it unlikely we were so unlucky to have been given the only 2 rooms in the entire hotel with this issue...

The breakfast they offered is very nice, cost $11.99, and we enjoyed the fact that it was open until 10am on weekdays and even later on weekends. Our room was clean. The televisions automatically to to Fox News every time you turn on the TV; so depending on your news preferences, there's that... All of the staff is very polite and accommodating with the exception of one (of several great housekeeping staff) we encountered. When I asked if she could come to freshen up to our Room later in the day does not my baby napping she said she would not be there and seemed annoyed by the idea. Otherwise, decent hotel.

It was an excellent choice to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waldorf Maryland. Staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't stay overnight I was there for aa conference the meeting rooms were okay kind of small but it was pretty nice..close a lot of nice restaurants

As a Diamond Hilton member I have stayed at a number of different Hilton properties and this one has been the worst. The front desk staff were courteous and greeted me as a member. Once I got to the room I noticed the sealant between the tub and wall in the bathroom had pulled away and mold seemed to be growing in the crack. Then I went to the pool/spa, as soon as I walked in the strong smell of a gym locker room filled the air. Just a moldy, stagnant air smell. I could only stand the smell for 5 minutes and left the spa. As I sat in the spa I noticed a bright green patch of mildew in the corner of the tiled spa. Sadly will not be returning to this Hilton Garden Inn the next time I am in Waldorf.
