The website advertise to buy/rent their products online and and pick up right away to skip the line. However, it's been almost 5 days since I order my books and they still have not manage to get it off the shelf that I can visablly see. I understand that they get thousands of orders but perhaps they should hire seasonal workers for the first two weeks of school quaters and get a better online system.

We've been shopping around for a new laptop. We came to find the CSUSB has the best price and warranty and free accessories. Cliff assisted us. Cliff was so knowledgeable and helpful as we shopped and asked a million questions. We will be coming back to purchase the laptop asap. Thank you and we greatly appreciated your assistance🤗

I love my school I really do. But the one time I decided to "support" my school it turn in to a bad idea. I rented a book and once it returns I couldn't. There was water damage from the previous owner. I didn't know the crasher was supposed write that down. They made me buy the book I rented because it doesn't "sell" these type of book. Sure it some water damage but it on the corner ( again I was not the caused ). You read the words clear. I had no problems with that why I rented in the first place. Look seriously rent online, they have no problem these of issue, I wish I did. And if you have no choice but to rent from there make sure they write down problem or else you end with a book you really don't need.

Need better hours of operations. Students who cant make it to the store because they work all day and cant get to the store are pretty much screwed as far as finding which specific book they need for their course.

Some of the prices seem a little silly. The technology department offers students some very reasonable value. The staff is generally well informed and allows for productive and helpful visits even if just for consultation on a technology product.
