The customer service at this particular store is appalling. I don't even know where to begin with all of the hassle I experienced trying to purchase several pillows in the store and also making a purchase online to pick up in the store. It appears that no one communicates to one another. They are disorganized. There is no customer service training and there is a disconnect with their inventory management. 

Update: After a call to customer service, who then transferred me back to the Boca store, everything was finally straightened out by a helpful employee, Ana. She arranged to have the correct items delivered to me.

Chris who is the sales manager apparently singled me out of the entire store to verify my Crate and Barrel card!  Of course my card is fine and he has now cause a fraud concern because he wasn’t me calling. Let me remind you he didn’t even swipe my card! Just literally singled me out and asked if he could verify my card and proceed to call the number on the back of the card. They would not relay any information to him and not my account has been put on hold because of him trying to confirm my account without any of my personal information! I now had to send in a copy of my license, social and utility bill so that I could confirm my identity! Outrageous that I was singled out and I’ll be filing lawsuit.

I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with Shari at the Crate & Barrel in Boca Raton. She was so helpful and even guided me in selections that would be more suited for our house. She followed up to make sure things were delivered in a timely manner. She was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Shari!
