Great service. Moved into a new home a few weeks ago.. staff was very accommodating and patient. Good pricing and hassle free! I definitely don't look forward to moving again but look forward to relaxing on our new living room couch!

My mother and I came into Ashley Furniture in Boca Raton just to look and get pricing. Chris S. was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We walked away with a full living room set and bedroom set. Chris’ customer service was top notch.

Needed to get a new dining room set so I decided to check out Ashley for the first time. Their furniture selection was amazing, very modern and decently priced. My advisor "Zo" was so helpful and insightful that I ended up buying a beautiful bedroom set as well. They had a "60 month no interest" promotion running which made it easier for me to afford that extra set. Do be aware that price on the sticker for some items does go up when you choose the extended financing, so if you have the money to pay for your purchase on the spot you may be getting a better deal, plus they do 25% off some items to when you pay that way.

Zo Armendariz was the best person in the place. He was amazing o work with and I would recommend him to my family. Straight up guy, and really fun to work with. 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely the worst furniture experience ever! Bought from Pam on Saturday, excited for next day delivery. Supposed to get a call before 9am next day to set time. They call at 10:30, set for 2:30 to 5:30. I called back at 5:30 and Gregory said, "within an hour." I called at 7pm and Gregory said, "7 minutes." They arrive and after 15 minutes tell us they can't asemble it, defective. I get a call from Charmaine and she says "we can't deliver it tomorrow, there are people ahead of you." What?! Pretty sure Sunday comes before Monday! She says I can go pick it up. Seriously? The driver told me his day was filled with experiences like mine, that is why he didn't arrive until after 7pm. NEVER do business with Ashley, horrible customer care.
