Daniella dealt with us. I’d been looking for a self inflating lumbar support recommended by a friend who has critical back issues. I tried hers and loved it, and she told me where the store is. We found the pillow, but no cover. Covers apparently are not being made any more and it was essential that I have a strap on it so I don’t lose it getting out of the car as I did with previous obusform pads. Daniella called the Miami store and ordered it delivered to the Boca store and I am a happy person with disc problems and arthritis in my lower back!

Your delivery team of Junior and Steven were prompt, careful, and very courteous. What a pleasure to have two young men who listened to your requests, complied immediately, and smiled the whole time. Give these guys a raise. They deserve it!

A++++ product and experience from beginning to end! I used to walk past this store and think "who actually shops there?" And then my back decide to cease cooperating with me, so I became one of those people who actually shopped there - and boy am I glad I did! Gustavo greeted me at the door and showed me a zero-gravity chair. He answered all of my questions and helped me to select the exact chair I needed. No hype, no pressure. I ordered the chair on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Junior and Steven came to deliver the chair. It was truly a "white glove" experience, as promised. They were friendly and polite, set up the chair quickly and, because they were completely familiar with the product, explained everything I needed to know. Within minutes, I was comfortably working from my new chair (I am a pastor, so I write for a living). No more back pain for me. I am pretty sure I just added years to my career. I give Relax the Back - Boca Raton my highest recommendation. They have a customer for life in me!

We purchased a recliner chair about 2 years ago and had a problem with the memory foam. We called the manufacturer of the chair - but they gave us the run around. Ashley H. one of the knowledgeable and caring sales people in Boca took our problem head on and called the manufacturer and got it replaced. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT STORE to do business with!!
