I had espresso it was excellent. For that I would give stars.  The customer service was awful. For that I would give negative stars, which is how we ended up with a one star rating.  The barista was unfriendly and rude, not sure if it was a bad day or if she’s always like this.  However first impressions are often the most important and based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I be returning.

This is a cozy coffee shop in the corner of Liberty and Wood St. The host was super kind and offered me hand warmers on a cold day. The coffee here had a beautiful flavor too! Do check it out! :Food: 4/5

We love coming here every year when on tour. Service is always top knotch and the personalities plus vibe is always awesome. Literally the only reason I like coming to Pittsburgh .Food: 5/5

Visiting for a conference and want sure what I wanted.  The staff were so friendly and had great recommendations. I got the pistachio latte. So creamy and delicious! Will be coming back during my stay for sure!Food: 5/5

The girl who works there needs to be more polite, we came on Friday Jan 6th at 4:30 pm and she was disrespectful with us. Not coming her again becoming of her. She is very bad

Walked a whole 5 minutes specifically to try this place out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone invest the same amount of time. Very minimal menu offerings, server showed no real interest in our visit, and the ambiance is…well did they even try to create an ambiance?

New York City energy vibe. Tension... non-welcoming. There were 2 people includung me at 11:00 am.  I drink straight espresso every day. I seek out coffee shops and roasters. Espresso had caffeine so I got what I wanted,  although very bitter for my personal taste.

Wonderful coffee shop! Asked the barista what I should get, and they made me a pistachio mocha on the spot. Don't even know if that's on the menu! Pleasant staff, great atmosphere, superb music selection, and overall good coffee!
