This is pretty easily the best place to get coffee in downtown. The caramel latte I had was amazing and the indoor has lots of seating and a very cool vibe. Staff were also EXTREMELY friendly! I will be back! Don't waste your time at any other coffee shop in the area. This is the one to go to.Food: 5/5

As a diehard Starbucks drinker we still always like to try local shops when traveling.  Funny how it’s pretty much next door to Starbucks.  Cool vibe inside with inside and outside seating, with upstairs seating inside which is cool.  Two lattes were made very fast and tasted great.  Prices comparable to Starbucks.

Best coffee downtown. Their cold brew is refreshing and perfect. They make the best cappuccino in the city, hands down. Their iced tea is lovely. I have my usual orders and they're always excellent. Everyone working there is super nice. The upstairs seating area is a great spot to spend some time in before or after work...or any time! Keep doing what you do!

This is the absolute best coffee my sister and me have ever had. The raspberry mocha latte is so good that We walked all around Pittsburgh, across the bridge, and had to come back to get a second one before leaving Pittsburgh. It’s so smooth and the raspberry doesn’t taste artificial at all. I actually had the pumpkin latte the first stop in which was also super delicious but after trying my sister’s raspberry latte i knew I’d need one of those! We also split the blueberry crumb cake for breakfast which was yummy. The service was fast and friendly even when they were busy and the atmosphere is so cute and was quiet with nice music and ambiance, especially the upstairs lounge area. We haven’t stopped talking about it and how we wish there was one in Greenville, SC and Chandler, AZ since being back.

The pumpkin pie latte is by far the best pumpkin flavored coffee drink I've ever tried! The coffee and espresso just blows Starbucks out of the water.   And those smoothies.....dammmmnnnnn son try youthe tropical harmony and you won't regret it.  Shout out to Hope, the best barista I've ever encountered!! For real Hope makes the experience complete and makes every drink with love, you can just tell!! Someone promote that girl

My friend and I stopped in here to get off our feet for a while during Pittsburgh’s Light up Night festivities and really enjoyed the place.  Coffee was great, service was great, and the seating area upstairs was nice and cozy.  Nice, clean restroom in the building that you need to get a code for to get in.  Note:  they usually close at 3 PM, but, stayed open until 10 PM just for Light Up Night.

The coffee tasted very bitter to me, I got an iced white mocha and had to ask for more syrup. I hate to say that Starbucks tasted so much better and I expected better from a local spot with good reviews. The egg, cheese and bacon English muffin was fine, no sauce so it was dry. The raspberry cheese Danish was not good at all as it didn’t have any cheese or any I could find, just overly sweet. Not sure if I’ll be back as there are too many coffee shops to try rather than come back to one I didn’t enjoy. 3 stars strictly for the friendly environment ?

Seriously, this should be your coffee choice in downtown Pittsburgh. Super cute interior, fantastic coffee, good location, friendly people. Only complaint is it's a bit pricey, but isn't everything these days? Try the latte with a bit of hazelnut syrup, so good.Food: 5/5

Loved their chai tea latte!  That’s the way it’s supposed to be made to be more latte and less like a tea. Perfect frothed top!  Cheap too! Go here instead of SB on the other corner. The staff here is Super!  Love their work and making people enjoy stopping in!
