This Dunkin is very nice, the servers at the front are always very kind and welcoming. Their hot cocoa is also very nice on these cold Pittsburgh days. I wish they'd bring back the chairs in the lounge but you can still stand and sip if you wish.Food: 5/5

Immediate customer service with a smile.  Coffee was typical but the caramel latte was fantastic.  Food was good too.  Interiors could have been a little more cleaner.  Appreciate the customer service under the circumstances though.   Will return.

There were zero chairs in the dining area and the tables were not bar height so it was quit difficult to eat there.Food: 5/5

I didn't eat there. Tables and chairs are removed due to loitering.  Trash is always on the floors and trash can is always overflowing. Employees on duty were lazy.Service: 1/5

This has got to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts because of its handicap accessibility, and its accessibility to all bus and "T" lines.  I do wish the tables were a little cleaner at times.  However, they get a lot of foot traffic to keep up with.  I grew up on Dunkin.  Delaware natives runs on Dunkin'. Even if they became home to Pittsburgh.  Still the best coffee for the best price.

Drinks were hot, service was quick, place was clean. Dunkin’ doesn’t offer much, but it’s nice to always get a good cup of hot chocolate

So many delicious kinds of coffees, lattes,  donuts, sandwiches to choose from, half price Starbucks.   Staff super fantastic friendly very knowledge and helpfulFood: 5/5

I got a half dozen donuts delivered and 3 out of 6 were the wrong donut. Very disappointed. Not sure if it was the end of the day and they were out but a heads would have been appreciated.

I’ve ordered American cheese on the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich like 10 times, and 9/10 times they put on white cheddar instead. One day I took it back to be corrected and was given an attitude about how cheddar is the “standard” on this sandwich. Well then why can I customize it in the app when I order it? I used to live in Dormont and their Dunkin’ never gave me any issues about it.

Hit or miss on whether your coffee is messed up. They ALWAYS have their mobile order turned off on Saturdays which is seriously annoying when your rushing to get to work and there is a huge line.
