The cafe is surprisingly spacious considering how much room they had to work with. I love that they have one of those front windows that can be opened up in nice weather.  My baristas were friendly and accommodating. The guy making my frap assumed I didn't want whipped cream because I'd asked for it to be made with soy milk it's a common mistake. When I said I actually did want the whip, he quickly re-made the drink, conversing with me while he did. My visit was great experience overall.

This is a really nice and spacious Starbucks! It is too bad their hours are limited; specifically, they are not open on the weekends. They would get a lot of business as there is a definite need for more coffee options in the area.  Perhaps try extending to 7pm on weekdays and open for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday. Or, open at 6am during the week.

This is a really nice Starbucks and I'd love to continue to go there however I like coconut milk latte's.  Apparently they do not carry coconut milk and someone there continues to put coconut syrup in my latte.  If you do not have coconut milk, please do not use syrup.  Just tell me you do not have coconut milk.  I'll drink a regular whole milk latte if you don't.  I just do not want syrup of any kind.

Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star, unfortunately. This location is all over the place with their hours. Sometimes they are open on weekends and sometimes they are not. They claim to open at 7am but often times it is later.  I have discussed with other local residents and there is a shared frustration. 7am-5pm weekdays and closed weekends doesn't make sense with this location. Many of us end work at 5pm and would stop in for a decaf coffee or tea, or meet up spot. Many others hit the road before 7am and would stop in before.  While this is technically on the CCAC campus, it is not a smart business move to assume every person who goes there is a student, especially given the location right near downtown and many residents nearby. There are also many adults taking night courses.  I will avoid this location unless they open typical Starbucks hours, which seems to be 6am-8pm or so.

Service isn’t really that great but they appear to be full service. There’s a young AA girl who works here who “wishes you a good day” so as to get you out of the line before asking if you need your receipt. Starbucks service has been on a steady decline but just because you’re a campus location doesn’t mean you get to slack   .

My experience is always pleasant, and I'm always satisfied with my drinks. However, I am so annoyed that Starbucks reward members can't redeem their rewards for a free drink here, or redeem a coupon for a free drink. I went in today thrilled to get a free beverage to find out that they don't accept the coupons either. Really killed my vibe!

I go to Starbucks daily not always this location, but I work at CCAC, so I frequent this one.  Although parking can be a pain, the lot next to Subway has about 5 or 6 spots that are 20 minute "Starbucks spots", so that's helpful.  What I can tell you about the employees at this location is that they are consistently wonderful!  Friendly every time.  I definitely appreciate that :

I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are always friendly and are excellent at what they do. Generally, if someone in service was "rude" to you, you were most likely being a jerk.

Absolutely amazing service.  I take my Starbucks very seriously, I'm here practically all the time and i must say the service here is far superior.  Extremely happy every time i come here!

Was so thrilled to finally get a Starbucks in my neighborhood.  Well that didnt last too long! I had one guy that was always nice,  the rest never smiled. But im a togo customer, well was. Because parking is awful there, id just call ahead & place my order. I used to do this downtown on 7th St daily, sometimes more. Greentree Starbucks never had a problem w a call ahead order either, i work close by to there. But it seems im going to have to start going downtown again always, since they just imformed me they "cant" take phone orders, unless its an order of 10 drinks or more? Does that make sense to you?
