Tom was excellent in his knowledge!!! Very good costumer service and very friendly people working in the store. The store was very clean and bright and the workers had excellent knowledge and experience my husband and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much it was great doing business with you Tom.

This place is a nightmare - especially the woman behind the counter! Went in to get some links taken out of a bracelet, but couldn't even get waited on. There were quite a few people and no way to keep track of who was next. When we were asked if it was our turn, we said we were pretty sure it wasn't and then the woman behind the counter snapped that we DEFINITELY were not next (what we had just said). Anyway, we continue waiting and a few minutes later someone walks in, walks right up to the counter and gets waited on immediately. We left at that point and that's when they decided they wanted to try to help us. They should really have a better system of keeping track who is next. Maybe they do not know of systems where you take a number when you walk in.

Crestwood Coin is my favorite coin store to go to and have been going there for over 15 years. Tom has always been great to deal with and his staff has been very friendly through the years. I've gone to other coin stores but will only go back and see Tom for now on because his customer service is far above anyone else's.

These people lie. If you plan to deal with them record everything they say. Tom lies to get you in the door then when you get there the prices go up then he blames you for getting it wrong. I didn't get it wrong, I have a photographic memory and also took notes. Lieing to steal from people is no different than a crack head sticking a pistol in your face. White collar crime seems to be the norm these days. Just my opinion.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I was able to purchase some silver bullion at a price slightly cheaper than the internet.
