I had broken a chain on a necklace my boyfriend had gifted to me and was able to purchase a warranty on the spot to cover the repair or replacement. While i must have missed the apparent email saying my repair was finished, i called the store and was told it was ready. I picked the necklace up in a hurry and didn't realize it was replaced with a longer chain than I previously had. I brought it back in and Jamie was super helpful in fixing the error and putting me back in the right size chain. Excellent customer service when things didn't go exactly right! If only more shops could have service and employees like Jamie!

If I had the option to have a 0 star review I would. My husband was looking for a beautiful bracelet and passed by kay jewelers. He told the associate we have a Zales card and they mentioned if we opened a Kays card we would get interest free. Since it was the holidays he got a good deal on a bracelet well over $1000 so he was ok with opening another card to utilize the discount and interest free. We get our 2nd bill and there is 26.9% interest on it. We called customer service and told us the only way we would be able to get interest free was to put 20% down. This store lied to us, took a hit on our credit all to get a sale instead of us going to Zales where we know we would get interest free without putting money down. We will NEVER go back to Kay's. I suggest everyone goto Zales if your looking for interest free with no money down.

The customer service there is so awesome. The people are so great and help beyond ways you can't imagine. The only reason I gave it three stars is because they're kind of pricey and because of the problems people have had with Kays company. Not this specific location though. Hopefully when my wife wedding ring and band comes back everything is ok and I can give it 5 stars.
