Nice state park with great volunteers and hosts. Nice general store at office with some really neat items for sale. Campground is currently undergoing some major renovations. Looks like they are doing some upgrading and adding of sites. Nice playground and real close to Kings Bay and Florida state line.

This is by far the best camp ground we have been on! We stayed in the cottages and they were better than some Marriott properties! Great job Georgia!

So perfectly beautiful! This park is great foe getting away from the hustle & bustle of every day life. Many places to enjoy the peace and quite & listen to the sounds of nature. There are also great trails for getting in that exercise while taking in the sights & enjoying the scenery. Great for biking, hiking & jogging, etc! There is also a playground and a putt-putt golf course. Lots to do or not do, which ever you prefer!

This is a very pleasant, well maintained park. It is in a pine grove with sandy soil. Approximately half the campsites are being renewed/renovated during February 2018.

This is a great place to go and unplug. Trails are great to walk, run, or bike. They have cabins and campsites you can rent as well as shelters and a large hall for parties or gatherings. Get your annual pass which is good at all GA state parks!
