A pretty place to walk. It's about a mile and a half long drive canopied by trees, followed by a short nature trail. One stop along the trail is a barely imaginable frame of a property called the ruins. Another spot along the trail is a recreated masonry shelter, fire pit and a couple recreated shacks. Not particularly interesting. There is a visitor center with museum that has about 10 mins worth of very general history about the location. I'd call this mostly a tourist trap. But if you're looking for a lovely walk for an hour, it provides a nice park-like nature walk.

A hidden gem and a must visit place if you happen to be in and around Savannah. The landscape is serene and beautiful. Its one of those places where you would want to take a stroll in leisure and enjoy the nature. Friendly staff and less crowd makes it a really good experience. The ticket price is $10 (if I remember it correctly) which was totally worth it.

Striking avenue lined with live oaks and dangling moss! Breathtakingly beautiful with the sun peaking through the branches and I couldn’t have asked for a more desirable 72 degree sunny weather day to finally check the Wormsloe Historic Site off my bucket list. Plenty of places(down the entire avenue besides for one section near the white gate and visitor center) to pull off to the side to photograph and enjoy the stunning view.

Breathtaking!! The trees, the Spanish-moss and the atmosphere were simply amazing. I have wanted to see that "picture perfect" place for many years, and was not disappointed. I would recommend to anyone. Be prepared to take a lot of pictures because with each step the view changes.

I felt it was mediocre. Mostly a walking tour. There were demolished buildings with little to no explanation at the site. There was a store on the grounds and a restroom. There were employees there in period dress. But this was free museum and I got there later in the day. They did have the cannon firings which were nice.
