General Coffee State Park is a wonderful park that you can go to relax, take your family for a day of fun, take a stroll down the trails, or just go unwind. They have a beautiful theater area that is perfect for an outside wedding and the trees are amazing. The pond is great for fishing and the animals love to socialize. They also have rv hook up areas and shelters for parties or family get togethers. You can't go wrong visiting this park anytime of the year.

First time  and went to a birthday party there. Was beautiful,  relaxing and so peaceful.   Will defiantly go back with my grandchildren  Next time.

My family and I love camping and love finding new state parks and we did a diamond in the ruff petting zoo awesome trails great camping area soo much to do and the history in the places the park has set 👍 up 🐴🐖🐥🌸🌲🌷

Camping here is great! Beautiful place. No swimming. Plenty of trails, even some that can be done (at least in part) with a wheelchair. The cabins are cozy and great for family vacations. Archery range is nice. Fishing is good. Historic farm is great for kids and adults. Fresh eggs available at the general store. We enjoyed the area so much while camping that we took our extended family for a stay in the cabins. Great place to just "get away from it all" whether staying overnight or just for the day.

We decided to take a short trip for my birthday weekend and go camping close to home only an hour away... We were slightly disappointed due to the main nature trail (boardwalk)  being closed and some of the other nature trails were closed as well... No where on the site did we see the trails were closed when booking for two nights... The farm was not open while we were visiting the park either... It would have been a nice place if it was all open to see....I did enjoy my family time so no complaints about that...
