Story

Welcome to our North Colorado Springs club in Colorado Springs, CO. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

Worst experience I ever had with any business. I would give zero stars if possible. Customer service's left hand doesn't know their right had is doing. I've had nothing but problems & with this company starting a year ago. Major problems with the staff & phone customer service. Promises broken, money amounts due changed multiple times. Dues increased against what was promised. Customer service claims no record of what was told to me, therefore I had to literally pay the price for incompetent employees since 24 fitness doesn't hold true to the prices originally given. My husband's debit card was charged (unauthorized) after making a one time payment & the number was stored in the system. Customer service denies his card number was stored, but an unauthorized payment came out anyway. December 2017's monthly dues were paid early, yet was applied to the annual fee instead, even though customer service understood the payment was for monthly dues NOT an annual fee. Multiple times the annual fee was charged (in increments) when I was told it was waived (unauthorized payment for annual fee came out AFTER other annual fee increments were charged!). The 80920 location used to have excellent customer service & greeted you every time you came in & sent you off in a friendly way. Now, staff has ignored me while greeting others & no cheerful send off. Very stressful & horrible experience full of confusion & mishaps on the part of both staff & customer service on the phone. I will find a new gym asap. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!

Excellent facility! On my way from Wyoming I stopped here for a quick workout. The manager, Anthony, was very pleasant and helpful. The staff working was helpful, as well. The facility was clean and environment was very nice. This was my first time at a 24 Hour Fitness and it won’t be the last. Thanks for the awesome time and great experience!

Clean (except for the bathroom occasionally), up to date equipment, friendly staff, and good low key-get your workout done vibes. I recommend this place to everyone who wants all the above. And the price is right. 1/2 less than other gyms in the area of its calliber

Best 24 hour fitness in town.. Cleanliness is better water doesn't taste weird & paper towel and spray usually available newer equipment worth the drive to get away from the other S*** locations

90% of the reason I go to this gym is because it's close to my house. I like Gold's Gym better so if you live closer to that go there. Overall the gym is average. The pool is average, the hot tub is average, and the weightlifting area is average. The mats for abs are completely disgusting, torn, and who knows what is growing inside of them. The staff is friendly but not really professional. They seem to have a hard time keeping paper towels supplied. I've asked them several times to refill them but I shouldn't have to. There is a notification on the screens that plays a message for the staff to clean up every so often and I've never seen anyone do it. But for an average price you get an average gym.
