I called to cancel my membership because I had moved. I was out of contract so this shouldn't have been a problem. I was told by Peggy Shepherd I had to  send an E-mailed since I no longer live in the area, and I was told I would be charged one more month (2 payments, 2 weeks each). I sent the E-mail that day and  yet I have now been charged a 3rd payment. Every time I call either they can't find Peggy Shepherd or she is too busy. I asked if there was someone else i could talk to, and there is but no one wants to connect me with that manager. 
     Poor customer service.

Great gym, really good atmosphere and especially very friendly staff. I always see the place mostly full,  people walking in through the front doors constantly to get a good work out for the day. They are also stay open longer than any other gym in town which is great for when I get off work or practice late. Although they do need to update their gym equipment to better compete with other gyms.

It's petty good, it has most of your workout needs. It has a good cardio area and some free-weights, it also has a pool and basketball area.  It's not as nice as lifetime but it is much less expensive and has most the same amenities.

The swimming pool was out of order for about 3 weeks, now hot tub is not working for past 3 weeks. My husband called and made a reservation for the rocketball room, no problem said the stuff, when we came it was taking. The only reason we go there only because it's close to our home

Hot tub needs to be fixed...its been like 2 months now.. Everything else is great!
