I love 9round! Every trainer I have worked with has been awesome. Quick, fun, high intensity workout. I've been going for 3 weeks and I can definitely feel a difference!

9Round is awesome! I love the fact that I can squeeze in a workout at lunch or anytime during my day. As a working mom, this is a must and the no class times/30 minute workout format means I can be healthy and still make the most of my day! Workouts are fast-paced and constantly changing so there's no time to get bored or think about how hard you are working and before you know it, you're done, sweating and ready to kick butt the rest of your day! I am not a super fit person and I love how 9Round isn't intimidating and can be modified to adapt and challenge me at my level. You have to try it!

I have been going to 9Round for just about two years now.  I love it! Each day the workouts are different and I never get bored.  I work full time and have two little kids, so finding time to workout is not always easy.  However, 9Round makes it easy, as the workouts are only 30 minutes long.  The trainers are friendly and work hard to get the most out of each individual.  I go about five times a week and am in the best shape of my life.

I was already in pretty good shape when I joined 9Round last year but since then the trainers have helped transform me into a “workout god.”  Seriously, I’m in the best shape of my life and I’ve never felt better or had more fun while working out.  I highly recommend it!!
