There is not ONE THING I don't love about this place and the workout!! The trainers and staff are simply AMAZING!! They get to know you the first day you arrive and keep you pumped up every workout thereafter!! You don't have to have any prior experience in fitness or working out.....you can come in as a beginner or as an elite athlete. It will change your life!  Love, love love!

Orangetheory is just amazing! Whatever your fitness goals they can help you achieve them. I started just under a year ago and have lost 25lbs, completed 2 half marathons and working towards a full marathon this year.  The coaches are great and very motivating. If your on the fence about trying it, just do the first class that's free and you will love it.

Love this place! Fantastic coaches and super nice staff. The workout is whatever you make it to be—great for any level of fitness, from beginner to elite. Great variety—never a dull moment!

I used to do triathlons and was always in great shape. Most people look at me and think I am “athletic”. Injuries and health issues took me from killing triathlons to not even being able to do a push up well. Today, I did not just one, but many push-ups during my workout, along with many other things I didn’t think I could do. Stephanie and Kelley are the best and make me want to go back again and again and each day I feel stronger. 
Thank you Orange Theory for reviving my interest in my health and my strength.

It's a fantastic way to get a good calorie burn and kick-start my week. I like that it is one workout I don't need to think about or plan (beyond scheduling). It is consistently a great workout, no matter what shape I'm in because of the individualized nature and coaching.
