It's a nice facility and the people are nice. It is also affordable. I was disappointed in the limited class schedule and minimal childcare hours.

Great facility! Never have to wait for equipment, equipment is nicely maintained, childcare has been great, and pool/locker room area is clean! Best Y I have been too!

Parents beware! My child was put on the wrong bus from summer camp and ended up at Family Haven (domestic violence shelter). My child was then almost left on this bus...luckily the bus driver noticed her right before she was about to lock up the bus for the night. We all know what COULD have happened if a child was locked in a car during a hot Georgia summer! I spent most of the next day on the phone with YMCA management trying to figure out how this could have happened but it all comes down to the fact that policies were not followed! This YMCA summer camp is every parent's worst nightmare. Don't trust them with your child! I would give them negative stars if that was an option!

Best local YMCA ever - don't let the other reviews influence you unduly. The equipment is top notch and well maintained, and there is, aside from the Jan-March rush, more than enough for the standard crowd. The facility is always clean. brightly lit, and the kids programs are fantastic. The members are great, aside from the unavoidable occasional lunk ;-), are kind, neighborly, and very encouraging. This is a family YMCA, this is our family YMCA- we've been members for over 10 years now and our kids have been participating ever since.
