I LOVE this place!! The trainers are very easy to deal with when it comes to personal attention! They really take pride in getting you in the best shape but are aware of any special needs due to engeries exc? They really work with you to make a program fitted for your abilities and goals. I have been to other boot camps and crossfit locations and they don't compare with the hands on training here. Above all, it's like you are part of a family! If you want true results, you won't be let down. I would recommend this crossfit/boot camp location in pinellas as the best of the best!!

My daughter and I signed up with CrossFit Triumph at the beginning of January. It has been a great outlet for both of us  We are bonding while getting stronger. :) Kyle works one-on-one with us as we are new to this type of exercise regimen. It has been very effective for us as there is a definite learning curve. We really appreciate his patience and kindness. :) My daughter has a new-found confidence and has even signed up for the upcoming kids' crossfit games! We enjoy the workouts and we enjoy the staff and athletes. Very encouraging group. I look forward to watching them grow.

This is the best place to workout. The coaches are amazing they really care about how you are doing. The are so motivating and fun. I have never been able to stick to a work out program before because I would get bored and not be motivated. This place has changed everything. I love to come and do crossfit. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating. They also have so many different levels from beginner to advanced. A year and half ago I couldn't run a couple of blocks with out being winded and exhausted, now I am in the best shape of my life at age 40. I never thought working out could be fun, but here it is! 
They also have an amazing family / kids program. My 7 year old loves it. He is getting stronger and having a great time doing it!

This morning I walked in for a 10a WOD. I happened to be five minutes late but class still had not started. Nobody greeted me and I found out that the coaches were the two gentlemen doing their own workout in the back. I was not happy and decided to run over to another box.

I was an ultra runner. I ran on average 50 miles a week. I never wanted to get " bulky" as they say. About a year ago I met the team at CrossFit Triumph and was drawn in by the comradery. The coaches do such an outstanding job with each individual breaking down movements, motivating you to perform your best, and genuinely getting excited along side you. They have options for every individual and we love the family class. Thanks to CrossFit Triumph I have realized that Being a strong woman is beautiful and empowering. So if you're scared of getting "bulky" maybe it's because you have never really felt strong.
