Did a drop in from out of town. Great gym and appreciate the coaches passion and help even with a crossfitter from another box. Little hard to find the gym, it’s by the large roll up doors on the back of the building.

Dropped in for a class over Christmas and had a wonderful experience! Loved the mobility/stretch at the beginning and the ice breaker question we all answered while in the circle. Felt very welcomed and comfortable working out. Would definitely return on my next trip!

This place is Great!!! I dropped in with a friend to try it out. I had zero experience with working out, fitness or weight lifting. The coaches at Regulus are extremely attentive, and obviously very experienced. I have since signed up full time, and attend 5 days a week. The crowd is very encouraging and easy to be around. Everyone is just there to push themselves. No matter what your current fitness level is, I highly recommend dropping in and trying it out. Thanks to Justin for the great coaching. Now I actually look forward to my workout in the evenings.

As regular CrossFitters (3-4 times per week) for 18 months now and traveling for personal reasons to Reno, my wife and I needed one or two workouts before the end of the week to meet our "quota." CrossFit Regulus looked like they had a good community based on their FB page and answered FB messages quickly, so we gave them a shot. Their community is friendly and welcoming, and they service drop ins regularly, so they were more than ready for athletes of all levels. We felt very supported by the coaches even though we were drop ins.

This gym is great. Had my first CrossFit workout here, and experienced a very welcoming and nonjudgmental environment! Thanks Regulus!
