I recently visited Orange theory, and was very impressed with their workouts. Not boring at all, and if you can join , I'm sure you will make your fitness goals by attending their facility. With such motivating trainers and techy equipment your surely going to Max out your calorie burn!! You have to try in once!!!!

Orangetheory has made a powerful impact on health in my life and family. 60 minutes and a trainer, you can’t ask for anything better. Love the staff and trainers!

It is such a great all around 1 hr work out. The trainers are awesome and they motivate you to keep going!! I highly recommended OTF.

This has become my favorite place to workout. Staff is great, facility and equipment always clean and workouts are never boring. Great for all levels. Highly recommend it.
