I work out with Andrew, a trainer at this Trainers only gym. He is a wonderful trainer that does one of the best jobs I have ever experienced, in listening to me when i share my body's cues. The gym only offers membership to trainers, so that they can train their clients there. I really enjoy the atmosphere, because it isn't crowded like regular gyms, and we can work hard without feeling like we are hogging equipment.

Not a open gym ...for the money they want you might as well get a gym membership so you can have an open gym and you would have enough cash still to get a trainer at that open gym

Push Your Limits in Reno is a unique fitness center.  You are either here for a class, or are here with your personal trainer. This is not an "open" gym type situation where you can come in and work out whenever you choose.  The trainers are motivating - some through a more gentle, quiet manner and others can really get in your face and push you if that is what you need.  All of the trainers are attuned to your abilities as well as any restrictions, and they closely monitor you.  They also have a different schedule of classes, not all of the ordinary things.  Hula hooping, ladies boxing, turbo kickboxing - all so fun, but you know that you have worked out when you are done! The facility is        clean and cheerful and I feel comfortable there.

Push Your Limits has the best trainers and a amazing gym! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
