I have not ever gone to a gym regularly before, but going for the past months has been great. The coaches and facilities are fantastic,  supportive, and have answers for any issues I've run into. I feel better every time I finish a workout and can tell a difference after just a few months.

I came to Double Edge with the hopes of renewing my love for Crossfit and rehabbing my injured shoulder. And I gained so much more than I hoped for! Double Edge has a great community and the most knowledgeable coaches you will find. They not only helped me regain my love for the sport but also my ability to use my shoulder without pain! Thank you Double Edge for never giving up on me and always pushing me to be better!

Knowledge, kindness, expertise... Just a few attributes of the coaches at this box. Don't be intimidated by the word CrossFit because the coaches will modify anything as needed.

 This is a full-service gym! Barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, sleds, tires, technique lessens and nutritional guidance...it is all there. Go in for a free class and tell them Jerrin sent you!

This is the best gym in South Reno hands down. I've tried multiple gyms around this area like South Rac and Orange theory but nothing comes close to Double Edge. The atmosphere is always encouraging and motivating and the coaches are the same. The work (and price) of this facility is totally worth it if you're willing to make a commitment to becoming the best you. Absolutely love this gym!

Awesome coaches and showcases what a great general population crossfit type gym should be!  The place is super clean, the bathrooms are immaculate.  It has a great assortment of equipment to help anyone at any level achieve their fitness goals.  It is also very welcoming to anyone wanting to get in shape, get stronger or learn about the good things crossfit can do for you!
