Wonderful place! The staff is all very well educated and they take the time to make sure that you're working out with proper form. Clean facilities with nice equipment... They always seem to be improving their facilities! Plenty of parking, and it's right off the highway! No complaints here!

Excellent gym with fantastic members. Well worth anyone giving them a try. They are friendly and respectful of everyone's fitness abilities.

This an amazing place to work out. There is as much camaraderie here as there was on all the sports teams I played on growing up. When you return after missing a day or two someone is always asking where you've been. And as an added bonus the owners put their heart and souls into this place, making it gorgeous and well outfitted while still managing their family life and working other jobs. Truly the best gym in town.
