D.U.F.F., Duffy's Ultimate Functional Fitness, is a complete, total body workout which incorporates functional movements in safe manner without risking injury. DUFF workouts are ALWAYS different which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is "Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!"

This place is awesome! The staff here are both friendly and ferocious. They will all greet you with a smile and a high five...then, when it's time to workout, they make sure you get your money's worth while ensuring proper technique and form. I take the classes because I need a little extra motivation to get a great workout on my own (especially in a short 45 minute session). The daily workout plans get me a full body workout in under an hour...it's tough to beat!

Not only are the trainers extremely knowledgable and great at what they do, they are kind, funny and FUN people, which makes working out at DUFF a blast! Group fitness classes will leave you energized (and sore in that GOOD way!!!) and 1-on-1 training is SO worth it. I am pretty active (run, yoga, etc) and I have become stronger and way more effective in every aspect. I totally recommend this gym. Literally our entire family goes here!!!! My nine-year-old loves the kids group fit classes and camps!

About 4 years ago I hurt my back overdoing it in a CrossFit class at another gym. After surgery I began training with Andrew and have been working with him ever since. He and his team of trainers are hands down the best trainers I have ever worked with and I love the gym that he and Anna have put together. They are patient, cautious and knowledgeable about what I can and cannot do, even when I don't know myself. Oddly enough at the age of 50 I am the strongest and healthiest I have been at any time in my life. I 100% owe it to DUFF! I encourage anyone looking for personal or group fitness to give them a try.

Have been working out with Andrew since 2010 and can tell you that simply put, he is the best trainer in Charleston. The workouts never get old, are always challenging and bring out the best in my performance and appearance. Excellent facilities and always fun to be there.
