Great place for quality coaching. I worked out there for almost 2 years and just recently dropped in for a workout while back in town. Good community and the staff, especially Dan, care about you as a person.

Great gym, trainers are exceptional and know what they are doing. If you are brand new to exercise or if you are a seasoned athlete this is the place for you.

Jett and Dan are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced coaches, making CrossFit Lily a great place for both beginners and more experienced athletes to excel. The classes are always coach led, and the movements that are expected are reviewed each time, helping to assure proper technique and reduce any risks of injury. They are vocal throughout the entire class, and do a great job of giving each person individual attention. In addition to regular crossfit classes, they offer Olympic weightlifting 3 times a week and a kettlebell specific class once a week. Jeff has a great eye for the Olympic lifts, and is able to quickly identify faults and help coach you through them to allow you to move better and lift heavier. The programming is intentional, but still varied, so I feel that I'm constantly being challenged and improving and have seen better numbers in my strength and huge advancements in my skills since moving over to CFL. Lastly, there's a wonderful community at the gym with the members supporting each other's goals, whether they be fitness, nutrition, or otherwise. If you're brand new and looking to try crossfit or you're experienced and just looking for a different environment, you should check out Crossfit Lily.
