Not terrible for the price. Smelt like cigarettes. Didn't feel very comfortable with my family there.

Front Desk personnel not prompt. Room smelled, pillows flat, cigarette burns in comforter.  Not comfortable with atmosphere. Did not feel safe.

Nothing but thieves, drugs, and drama at this place!! Several guests had things stolen from rooms while they are away, cops are there constantly for who knows what, and only one person on the staff seemingly gives a damn but isn't able to keep her staffs sticky fingers and nosey ways in check. Not to mention the rooms are old and smell awful....
There are definitely MANY more choices in Bossier or shreveport for close to the same $$ but with alot more safety and less drama.

The second my card was charged, the desk clerk mentions that the electronic room keys has not worked for 2 weeks and a staff must let you in each time you enter your room. (No refunds)
The rooms are extremely small even for the price and they are not very clean. The widow AC had extreme dirt build up and the curtains are covered disgusting stains. The mattress were old and dingy but they did not have any bed bugs.

I was only dropping someone off there, but it was very active and it's a known drug area
