Every interaction with this dealership from purchase to every service visit has been disappointing, frustrating, and overly time consuming. 

My first issue was when doing the lease and the lease manager tried to add in a $1200 fee and when I questioned him he tried telling me that I wasn't really paying that fee he just put it in there to make it look like I paid more for the car on paper so it looks better for the dealership. I had to walk over to the salesman and tell him to tell the lease manager to take that fee off my lease. I can only imagine that fees like this get added often to unsuspecting buyers at this dealership. 

My last service experience was today when the customer relations manager offered to try to make me happy by asking me to bring in my car in the morning so they could spend the whole day detailing it - plus they gave me a rental to drive for the day. When I came back 7 hours later the car was essentially just hand washed. The rims were still covered in brake dust, the windows were smudgy and created glare, and the car wasn't even waxed. How does a car dealership not know how to detail a car correctly?

This was essentially the same car wash I get every weekend at Chevron for $22 that only takes 30 minutes. Again another waste of time and further proof they have no clue how to service customers. 

I will never recommend this dealership for sales or service. I have had three new cars in the past 15 years from three other local dealers (Toyota, Infiniti, Nissan) and they are all 1000% better 100% of the time.

I'm a dodge guy I love ram trucks but this dealership is a joke. I went to buy my truck I inquired online about purchasing a truck and Kim replied to me so I set up an appointment and when I showed up Kim was not there instead I was greeted by a man named Nick Nick was awesome very professional very helpful overall great experience with Nick I give Nick 5 stars but what happened next is why I only give this review one star the next day I come back with my wife to look at a couple trucks and planning on buying one so I go to meet up with Nick Nick is not there so then I'm helped by another gentleman and that gentleman was named George he was helpful but very pushy so I ended up buying a truck and it's kind of late at night so the truck didn't get washed there was no gas put in the truck and I didn't have floor mats so I went back the next day it's trying to get my truck washed get some gas and get some floor mats oh no that's a big huge thing they couldn't figure out how to get it done and told me to come back a different day so I come back again I'm greeted by another person this person's name is Sergio complete horrible human being to deal with just just horrible trying to hit on my wife pushing me to go do things already told him I wasn't going to do like buy another car when I literally just bought one two days prior and then had the audacity when I asked him to go look for something in the vehicle I traded in told me to go by myself to go find my items and then come back the next day to get my floor mats truck washed and gas put in it the only thing that was completed was getting the truck washed and it wasn't even done properly still didn't get the floor mats they told me I have to come in before 6 which I work 7:30 to 6 every single day so there's no way I can do that but no nobody seems to care and I ask for a manager and the manager told me he didn't want to speak to me as manager was named Bob no I was dealing with another manager named Scott will he got fired and then George the guy told me that he got fired the next day so I'm going or what's going on how am I going to get what I need done as a customer that just spent a ton of money on a truck I don't recommend going here if you have a short temper cuz I'm about to go off on these people and I'm a very level-headed person I don't have a problem with anybody and I'm pissed

Quick and thorough. What should have taken 2 hours they were able to get me out in just over 1 hour and they even washed my car after an oil change and tire rotation. Great experience

Cliff is the best to work with here at crown. They did a great job and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I am hesitant to trust some of the other employees. However Cliff deserves 5 stars. Oh and it would have been nice to pick up a clean car after they had it for a month!

star customer service.They let me get my car after hours and even returned the keys on the spot. Would definitely recommend to a friend
