Background: we have bought one car from here before. Not a bad buying we experience the first time. My father left a review a few weeks later saying "Bought a Buick LeSabre for my sons here. The auto dealership was alright, neither great nor bad." With 3/5 stars to go along with it. Also as a note I am 18, 15 when we bought the Buick Just had the worst customer service ever here at muschamp auto. I am still a little bit shocked at what actually happened. I have been looking for a car so I decided to head over to muschamp to see what they had. The car I actually was driving was bought at muschamp and even though it has not been the best car I thought I would come in and see what they had. When I got out of my car I was greeted by I believe a man named Kevin. I told him I just was stopping by to look at some cars and instead of showing me around, I was being yelled at for a review my father made for 2 years ago probably almost 3! He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me saying mean things as well. Apparently all because of some review my father made even though I had nothing to do with it. After yelling and being rude and disrespectful to me for about 5 minutes he said he would never do business with me if my father was there. He said I could look around if I want but not if my father would be involved. Then he stormed back into the shop. So I decided that I would leave because of his complete unprofessionalism. Apparently all this happened because of a review and the funny thing is is that in his rant at me he said he could care less about the reviews he gets! Ya really seems that way the way he was acting! Then once I got home I decided to call him back and tell him that what he did was completely uncalled for and rude. He got mad again and started yelling. He was acting completely crazy! He was going off on me for nothing. Even if he does have some sort of beef with one of my relatives that is no way to treat me when I was going to be a customer that was not going to involve anyone else in the purchase. At the end of our conversation on the phone he said "this is not Joe shmo's auto dealer". Well maybe it should if thats how you treat potential customers. If you want to be treated horribly then go ahead and buy a car from Kevin/keven. He sure will give you a bad experience! Never will buy a car from muschamp. From my experience kevin is crazy. Completely unprofessional and just flat out disrespectful

My experience in the sales department was solid, but not without it's errors. The sales process was excellent. I had been working with Emich via email for a couple of weeks to hash out options and trade-in values. The email conversations were excellent, addressing all of my concerns and responding timely.

Walked on the lot to look at a Grand Cherokee as another possible off road toy. I was neither greeted nor assisted by either of the two people outside. There was another customer inquiring about a Volkswagen van out front. As a prior Volkswagen owner I suggested he ask if the timing belt had been replaced. The young man out front placing up chains instantly developed a very rude, somewhat threatening, and obviously unpleasant demeanor. Making multiple "smart" remarks about my knowledge of vehicles and suggested I "not speak". In the end I guess I learned something new today... Volkswagens now apparently have timing chains... If only he had portrayed that information in a more pleasant way, this review may have turned out a little better... If you choose to wander onto the lot, I'd ask for the older lady, with dark curled hair, and glasses. She seemed much nicer.

I needed a new door for my car and they found me the right one, and helped me put it in my car... which was a hassle for me to do by myself. I got a really good pirce, everywhere else was quoting me more than triple their price. I am very happy with their service.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I'm honestly surprised they're still in business, because their business antics are so shady, and questionable. Don't be bamboozled by Keven and Leslie, they'll sucker you for every dollar you have and you'll end up with a dud car!!!
