I was interested in purchasing a newer Volkswagen SUV for me and my family. I was greeted by a customer sales rep by the name of Joe Savage who made me feel right at home and at ease about purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure added and he was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen. I know that I will be back again in a future purchase.

The staff is completely incompetent, I brought my Jetta in due to an issue with the speedometer. I gave the receptionist a detailed description of the issue I was experiencing and she summed it up with “speedometer not working” and sent it to their mechanics. After keeping my vehicle for 8 hours the called and told me not only can they not find what’s wrong with it, they don’t even see the issue I am describing. I was informed that the “shop foreman” personally inspected the vehicle. They were insistent that I pay the $145 diagnostic fee (keeping in mind they were unable to diagnose the issue). Aside from my issue not being fixed by supposed “professional VW technicians” the vehicle was returned with a bent dipstick and other damaged components. Do not trust the dealers shop, find a REAL mechanic.

I bought my very first car new from this dealership, and couldn't have had a better experience. Walking into the lot you don't feel Intimidated like I have at so many other lots where all the salesmen are waiting to jump on you. If you come, make sure you ask for Mason Scott as he is extremely professional and attentive. He listened to everything I wanted in a car and helped me find the best car for my needs. He worked with me for hours and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. The whole process from start to finish was so great and I'm so happy with my cute little Tiguan. It drives like a dream, has lots of great features and is the perfect car for a new mom like me. I will definitely be coming back at the end of my lease to get another VW.

Stay away from a salesman named Aramando, in fact just stay away from this dealership in general. My experience with Armando was He's rude, argumentative and had more interest in buying the car my son and I were test driving, cause he said it multiple times. Not only that but he's not very knowledgeable about the vehicles there. The one we were looking at had a very large scratch in the door that he specifically said happened at the dealership and he'd take $100 off the price off the vehicle, after sharing my experience with the general manager it would have cost at least $1000 to repair. Typical "tell you what you want to hear" so they can make a sale. Stay away from these snakes in the grass.

Here is my experience.....THE WORST....
What a scam.....
 -  -The salesman was friendly, courteous.
- - The Finance guy kept sending the Salesman back with miss info: 
 - - I was ready to buy this car until.......
 - -- Until the finance guy came over to clarify my questions.
      He was:
       - - Curt, argumentative, agitated, loud, mathematically challenged,
            Totally unprofessional...I finally had to say, either you calm down
            or this transaction is over....In anger he scooped up his 
            work sheets and walked away.....the salesman looked at me in
            confused disbelief....I apologized and informed him that his
            financial adviser had just lost that deal....
My Conclusion - These people were total scam artists or painfully incompetent....either way...on a scale from 1 to 10....
