We were on vacation all the way from Missouri when we had issues with our truck.  The service we received was excellent!  To be honest the people at Paradise Chevrolet could teach some of the dealerships in Missouri lessons in customer service.  I can't say enough good things about how we were treated.  We were over 1600 miles from home, so you can imagine the stress we felt when the error light came on.  Thank-you for easing our stress through excellent customer service and a quick turnaround.  We made it home with no worries.  A special shout out to Jose who kept us informed throughout the process.

Only place I take my trucks for service. The service center is well stocked with free coffee drinks, a vending machine and free WiFi. Every visit has always been on time.

Best deal within 250 miles on a new Chevrolet. Scott and Todd worked a great deal. The finance team was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and everyone in there was happy friendly. Also they have a great coffee machine.

My experience at Ventura Paradise didn't happen right away. It was a one and a half month process of researching and pricing ZR2's from my hometown Chevrolet dealership, Paradise Temecula to Antelope Valley up to Arroyo Grande, California. Being a Chevy family, owning a 2012 Sonic, 2016 Malibu and 2017 Colorado Z71, and paying cash for them to purchase them outright. I was prepared to do the same for the ZR2. 
Please believe me when I say this. I understand that the ZR2 is a limited production vehicle. But in a customer service related field that the dealerships are in, being dependent on customers to purchase their and your product. There are some things that you don't say or do. For example, when I contacted Bob Stall, Riverside and Temecula Paradise Chevrolet and began discussions with them about purchasing a ZR2 on their lot. I gave them my purchasing price on a vehicle. They responded with a price that was nowhere near what I was willing to pay. Their reasoning? The ZR2 is a limited production truck. In essence, refusing to attempt to make a deal, thusly ending our discussion in my opinion. After receiving this type of reaction and treatment from the aforementioned dealerships. I concluded that I would purchase a Jeep. 
That very same evening I received a text message from Julius from Ventura Paradise Chevrolet, saying that his GM and himself were willing to work within my price quote. He seemed genuine and understanding (something I didn't receive from the three other dealerships), so I listened to what he had to say. After talking back and forth, and them having the exact ZR2 that I was looking for. I began to feel respected and at ease with Ventura Paradise. They came within $1500 of what I was willing to pay, but because of their genuine understanding and willingness to work with me, I paid the extra cash and made an appointment to drive out to Ventura to seal the deal.
You expect, as a customer to have to wait for paperwork and further selling of add-ons which makes the purchase of a vehicle take hours to complete. Not at Ventura Paradise. They had all of the paperwork ready. Their GM Don came out and spoke with me for about twenty minutes. We had a great conversation. Julius was outstanding and so was their finance guy. Ventura Paradise Chevrolet resurrected my opinion of Chevrolet Dealerships. 
I saw the many rewards that Temecula Paradise received from Chevrolet. They must be in how many vehicles they have sold. Not in customer service, because this was the second time that I was very disappointed in their customer service skills or lack thereof. This lack of customer care comes from their management. I feel bad for their salespeople.
I will definitely recommend Ventura Paradise to ANYONE, and I have. I am willing to drive the three hours for a vehicle that they saved me over two thousand dollars for. Excellent management and personnel. Chevrolet can be proud of Ventura Paradise.
