My experience at KIA of Ventura was AMAZING! I would recommend any of my close friends/family members to this dealership! They are so down to earth & easy going! Please go in and ask for Deanna the Internet Sales Manager she was such a great help! As well as Carlos Carrillo, the Sales Manger! They both made sure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted, with a GREAT deal in pricing! Farris, in  the accounting dept. did all the paper work that was needed to complete the deal, and he was so fast, and very friendly. I was in and out of KIA within 1 hour paper work complete and all! I have to say this was the BEST dealership I have ever came across!  A huge THANK YOU to Deanna, Carlos & Farris!

Have been taking my car to this location but not anymore!!  The last 2 times they told me i did not need my tires rotated.  I purchased my tires at Americas Tires and have a warranty and they said they have to be rotated every 5,000 miles.  Spoke with Martha when making reservations and she was just so immature!!  Her and the others were laughing like they were not at work!!  I used to take it to Steve, but they said he got fired!!  BIG MISTAKE!!  He was so awesome..took very good care of my car and was extremely helpful and professional!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was purchasing a new 2018 Kia Sportage from Deanna Luis. The original dealership I was going to purchase from started “playing games” and I became very frustrated. I contacted Deanna and she got back to me quickly with the numbers I needed. My wife and I drove to the dealership and in less than 3 hours we had purchased the car, Carlos Castillo assisted in the smooth transition. Deanna was very professional and friendly and made the car purchasing experience one of happiness, as it should be. I will recommend both her and your dealership to anyone who asks. If you need any recommendation for either her or your dealership, please do not hesitate to contact me. In this time of things being so complicated, Deanna made the car purchasing experience simple and it is appreciated.

Great Experience! Sales person was polite, explained all the features, and was very patient in answering all the questions we had. Most important he was able to give a good deal on the car we wanted.

I had my 2014 Kia Soul serviced and some warranty work done. Nathan was my service adviser and he really did a great job from start to finish till all the issues with the car were finished. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
