I had nothing but excellent interactions with both Lisa, the saleswoman who sold me my truck, and Jeff and John, the finance managers. They were attentive, patient, and very accommodating of all my needs. Best car buying experience to date! They didn't try to oversell me on anything and they stayed until 10 pm with me working on making me the very best offer.

I Just want to let everyone know what a terrific experience I had while shopping for a new car from Crown Buick GMC last weekend.  My super sales consultant was a young lady named Tammy Wagner and she was the reason for my new-car-buying experience to have been so great... First, I went into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to check out their deals on a late model GMC truck.  I was not expecting to drive out that night in a brand new truck.  Tammy Wagner was able to move my interest from a late model vehicle up to a brand new vehicle by finding all the various rebates, dealer concessions and special deals for me that were out there.  And she did all this while managing to be totally professional and charming all at the same time...I have dealt with many car sales people over the past 30-plus years but Tammy Wagner has been the best by far in my book.  I would recommend my mother to Tammy if she were to be in the market for a new vehicle.

As always Greg Berry, Service Advisor - provided outstanding customer service.  Tells you what the problem is, no sugar coating- doesn't add on a bunch of unnecessary fees/parts that aren't needed!  Refreshing to come to a place that you can trust where you know honesty is the policy!   Thanks Greg Berry - much appreciated!

William is very helpful in the service department. Tells you like it is and will do his best to get you the best service for your car. He will tell you the truth about the different options you have, even if it means getting a lower bill. I really appreciate his honesty and his customer service. It's why I take my Pontiac G5 there for service every time something with my car acts up.
