August Lascola in the service department is always so friendly, polite and excellent to communicate with. He always provides upfront estimates for any work that I bring my car in for and also goes out of his way to look up any coupons/discounts that I have on my account. I usually get anxious when I have to service my car, but it’s always so pleasant and easy bringing my car to Crown Hyundai and working with August. I can honestly say this has been the only experience with any dealership or mechanic where I have not constantly been told I need to pay for excess repairs and services. Every member in the service department is always extremely helpful and polite in my experience. Thank you for making these trips so easy and please give August a raise for the great work!!

I went to this dealership last evening in the pouring rain to decide on purchasing a new car. Lance Dokes provided excellent customer service! He explained the options based on my stated needs and gave me time and space to make a decision. He made multiple trips into the rain to move a car to an area where I could get a feel for the car without getting wet! He is very pleasant and personable, and I would be comfortable being assisted by him in the future.

Great Buying experience with John Young.  My last car purchase and ownership was a nightmare.  John was very understanding and didn't push me to buy in a hurry.  He helped me to select the right car for my needs.  He gave me time to do my research and I am a happy buyer.  He was very patient and understanding.  I highly recommend him.  :)

My service advisor, Brian Casey, has and continues to be helpful, time efficient and pleasant.  The facility itself is clean, and welcoming offering a variety of beverage refreshments and comfortable waiting/lounging area. All of the staff are polite and friendly. Service on my vehicle has always been top notch and cost effective.  I couldn't be happier.

Arriving at Crown Hyundai on a whim, to look at and discuss buying a new car, I was introduced to Johnathan Schroeder.  Johnathan could not have been nicer!  He asked me a few questions and went about looking for a car I might like. He was sensitive to my wishes, never rushed me or pushed me in any way to make a decision.  He spent about 5+ hours with me, even forfeiting his lunch, to show me all the options available. I felt so blessed to have had Johnathan lead me to the car I ultimately purchased.  He spent considerable time acquainting me with all the features, interfaced my phone with the car's system and explained in great detail all the new features. I have been back once since I purchased the car for a refresher tutorial on some of the new features.  
Johnathan is a stellar sales person.  I highly recommend him as he is professional and above all, kind and considerate of ones needs.  Thank you, Johnathan.  I will always return to Crown Hyundai and to Johnathan when purchasing a car!
