If you stay at this hotel, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I was charged $150 for a "stolen desk lamp." When we entered our room, we did not have a desk lamp. They refunded me the $150, but really should have refunded the whole bill. Our stay was awful from the start. First red flag: the ice machine was broken on our floor and we were told to just call the front desk and have some ice delivered to our room. When we called the front desk they said to go to a different floor for another ice machine... okay, fine. When we went downstairs to the restaurant, they refused to seat us and said we had to eat at the bar. We noticed people were sitting in booths so we weren't sure why that was an issue...? When 2 seats finally opened up at the bar, we sat down. Waited and waited to be served. They really should have had 2 bartenders. The food was AMAZING! After dinner, we attended a concert. When we got back, our door handle looked broken and our key wouldn't work. We nearly had to break in(twice). We were also pretty cold and decided to turn on our heat. Turns out, that was broken too. At 1am, 2 maintenance workers came in and tried to fix it. They offered us to switch to a different room with a queen size bed. We both did not want to pick up all our stuff at 1am so we declined and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. The next morning, starting at 7am, the construction workers started their day. When we went outside, we were right next to all the work being done. Would have been nice to know that the hotel was under construction before I had even booked. I'm very unhappy with how management handled our issues and will never come back.

From what I’ve seen of the hotel, it’s not bad once you get inside! As of this writing, a parking garage is being built and there is usually a lot of congestion when I arrive for my weekly Mary Kay success meeting however, the valets are very accommodating. The hotel appears (from the lobby) to be modern and up to date. The food is palatable and the service is very good.

Hotel is nice enough with comfortable beds and pillows. Location is good for lots of eating places. Lots of construction right now next to the building but not a lot of noise from it ( I was on the opposite side). Time to get from valet in the morning took 30 minutes but there is a nice app you can use to request your car.

great location in the middle of greektown, right off the highway. rooms were new, clean, and nice amenities, but what set it apart was the staff ... Simeon at the front desk was AWESOME. Everyone else was great too.

I booked a room & drove over 2 hours. When i got there, the guy at the front desk said my card was declining. I kindly asked him to double check if he put in the correct card number. He insisted it was right and did not care to double check. He canceled my reservation. I called my bank & found out that he put in the wrong expiration date. Not only did he make me look like a broke fool, but he was rude. I called the manager and she gave me a gift card for a free stay. I hope that when i go back, he has to be the one to check me in again.
