Wallace and Charlotte were fantastic. Staff overall were informative and welcoming. Charlotte checked us in quick and made it simple. Wallace was a hit with his fantastic personality and genuine care. The room on the other hand was clean and nice looking but we were very disappointed with it not having at the least a mini fridge. Microwave would've been nice but not as necessary as fridge. Being from out of town we dined all over the city and would've loved to have some leftovers as a midnight snack or at the very least be able to wake up to a cold beverage. We rented 3 rooms total and only one had a view. The others faced the wall of the building. The shower head was so tall and not adjustable to be lowered or pointed down a little more direct, which took away from the water pressure. I'm average height of almost 5'4 and was displeased with the shower being almost 4ft above my head or feeling that way anyhow. Overall the room for sleeping and getting around for the day it was useful as for leisure and comforts of home not as much.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. There's a nice pool on the seventh floor. Walked to Millennium Park to see Cloud Gate (the Bean). We just happened to walk by an architectural boat tour and had time, so we did the sunset tour. Highly recommend the sunset version, it was beautiful.

This is my go to hotel in Chicago.  It's convenient.  It is walkable to the theaters.  The in house restaurant is not hotel food.  It is very, very good food with excellent service.  The front desk is fully staffed.  The parking is quick and easy.  Everything is well organized.  Some might find the outside elevators a downside bit it's OK for us.

bedroom suite was huge. Living area had plenty of room even with the sofa bed pulled out and a pak-n-play for my daughter. Furnishings were nice (except I'm so glad I wasn't the one sleeping on the pull-out sofa... don't hotels know they make much nicer ones these days?! they are all so pathetic... also all the pillows were too thick and SO lumpy) and decor was modern. A nice home for 2 nights. Had pizza 1 night and breakfast 1 morning at the restaurant. Good food and very nice staff.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven.  com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Awesome room. Super comfortable beds. Love the staff. They were helpful, engaging and so kind. Coffee was delicious as we're the ice cream sandwiches! Location is perfect.
