I enjoyed my stay in Kinzie Hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. The location is pretty central. You can walk to many restaurants and places. The room I stayed at was nice! They serve breakfast in the morning. Overall a good experience.

This was a nice modern hotel. We got a room with a bad view so they gave us tokens for free drinks that were only good for an hour, it really didn't work so it was a wasted gesture. The breakfast is served in the hallway on each floor, they need better juice options. We also had to go to another floor to get some of the stuff they didn't bring to our floor. Modern couch in each room that is really nice and almost good enough for an extra person to sleep on if need be. Good location for our ghost tour meeting place, Rain forest Cafe, McDonald's, and night clubs. We heard some of the night club folks leaving the alley parking lot ALL NIGHT LONG.

Absolutely loved staying here! Rooms are large and clean while the hotel is in a great location in the city. Every night you get to enjoy drinks and awesome food upstairs with the other guests. Breakfast is served on every floor right outside of the elevator and the staff is overly accommodating. We fell in love with the service and location and this has become one of our most frequented placed in Chicago. Worth a visit, you wont regret it.

My husband and I went to Chicago for our honeymoon and stayed at the Kinzie Hotel. We absolutely LOVED the Kinzie. On check-in we were given a free drink coin for each of us for each day of our stay plus an additional coin for each of us as a wedding gift. We stay in a corner room with two full walls of windows and a great view. The bathroom was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We weren't a huge fan of the free drinks, they weren't mixed very well in our opinions, but they were free so we didn't care too much. We stayed there in December and it was an average of 4 degrees F during our stay, and each day there was a different free hot beverage in the lobby upon our return. Breakfasts were a continental spread on each floor, and the muffins were very good. The price for such an accommodating and nice hotel was unbeatable in Chicago. We will definitely stay at the Kinzie Hotel on our next trip to Chicago and will recommend it to others.

We were surprised to find an additional $30USD charge on our credit card after checkout for having booked through a third party. We've never seen this before, maybe it's a Chicago practice. The hotel itself is modern looking, beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mini fridge in the room was appreciated. The blinds on the big windows were a bit of a pain - they don't go up or down very easily, and were prone to falling down on their own. The front desk staff were always friendly and provided exceptional service. The happy hour every evening and continental breakfast each morning were a classy touch. Would definitely stay again.
