Awesome location near all of the new restaurants in the West Loop, and a short walk to the Green and Blue line trains. The entire hotel is decked out in hip furniture and exposed materials like concrete and plywood. The finishes are top notch and the service was great!

Ace is a perfect fit for Chicago, from the artistic vibe to the welcoming staff they nailed it. A mix of polished metals, earthy leather and rich fabrics set the tone on the first floor where you can enjoy amazing cocktails or visit City Mouse, their restaurant. The rooms come complete with curated vinyl selections done by a Chicago artist, works from Chicago students line the lobby walls and many other Windy City touches are to be found as you explore. Less of a hotel and more like a second home Ace is a welcome addition to the West Loop!

Great accommodations, also pet friendly! Food was very good and drinks were delicious. The rooms were also very comfortable and modern. Great place to stay for business or pleasure!

Food was some of the best in theWest Loop. Service was maybe the worst. Had the burger and fries and they were some of the best I have had in a long time. Bar had only 4 beers on tap, but some good bottles. Service was slow, slow slow. Maybe just start up blues but who knows. It was worth the wait though.

Extremely friendly staff, great up incoming location with easy access to the L, awesome food and cocktails! Got some really spot on recommendations for places to see that only locals know about from the wait staff and front desk attendants. Stop in for brunch and try the milk toast with a bloody, so good!!!
