The staff and Dentist were great! This was my daughter’s first time visiting a dentist and they were gentle and polite! They were very informative! I scheduled a follow up appointment to speak with someone regarding braces! They were great and I would recommend them!

We had an amazing experience! Every staff member from the receptionist to the dentist were extremely professional & very respectful!  We are so thankful we found Ayden an amazing  Dentist & future Orthodontist! An additional aspect is in regards to their facility... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They take pediatric dentistry to the next level! We highly recommend them!

My daughter was referred here by her local dentist, Dr. Kyle was the dentist we were assigned with, and he was wonderful, he would always make sure to talk to my daughter about what he was doing and what each object was, she is 7 and she had 3 major procedures in a months time. The front desk staff was also amazing! And the office is very flexible. The only thing I have to say is the assistant that worked on my child 2 out of 3 times could have been a little more calm with my daughter. She wasn’t bad in any way, don’t get me wrong, but my daughter was scared to death from the previous surgeries and this was our last one.. she threatened to make “mommy leave and go wait in the waiting area” if she didn’t open up and when my child got scared she made a comment that just rubbed me wrong, saying “her age she is at is perfect for acting, and that my child was basically faking her emotions” my child endured surgeries that were extremely painful and as in child, again she was scared out of her mind. Threatening to throw a mom out of a room if the child that’s strapped to a mask and scared while also holding onto her moms hand for dear life isn’t exactly the correct way to go about things, in my opinion. I have worked in the children’s hispital at Vanderbilt, I am aware that sometimes kids will not do exactly what you need and you need to do your job, but there are other ways. Also, I wasn’t correctly informed on any of the procedures, even with asking questions.. Dr. Kyle was the only one who gave me an actual answer to one of my few questions. A full bottom mouth spacer was placed when I was told by the dentist we normally attend it wouldn’t be this big, there was no aftercare instructions given, no answers to what I need / could do for my daughter. Honestly other than learning this “spacer” ( which is practically a half metal retainer ) having to be left in until my child is around 12. Which again, I was NOT told about. I do not think the woman realized how she was sounding so I do not really place blame, but I do however have an issue that even with me asking questions BEFORE the procedures, no one would give me any answers. This is just a personal thought / problem And after the 3 agonizing procedures, the only thing that was asked was a simple toothbrush my daughter was promised our first visit there, when I asked for my daughter while she was coming out of the foggy state so she would have something to leave there with other than a wire in her mouth that was not part of the arrangement and 6 caps and multiple other procedures and 1 coin to get something out of the machine.. she “informed me” that wasn’t going to happen, because we all know a child asking for a tooth brush over a small toy is just crazy right? If we have any other issues I won’t hesitate to go back, I just will request another assistant with Dr. Kyle. The facility is great for kids, and mostly the staff is wonderful. Just be sure to force someone to tell you exactly what the plan is before you end up with something completely different from what you was originally told.

Clean, friendly, and fun.  Totally put my child at ease and talked him through the whole cleaning process.  Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful and comfortable atmosphere, AMAZING STAFF, and friendly through dentist as well was hygienists!! We made the right choice in coming here, we will be at Cumberland for a very long time. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE!
