Long post alert: I first started at the location on old fort parkway but ended up at the S. Rutherford location. Went to that location this time last year and my experience wasn’t so great, so I said I’m done with them and was not going back. Well I had a bill there for my crown. I had a temporary crown in and it lasted the whole year but I had the real crown there and I needed to pay for it so I said ok I’m going back might as well let them put it in since I will have to pay them regardless. I went in yesterday and my experience was nothing short of amazing! My dentist Dr. Douglas and his assistant Quinton were great. I work in the Nursing field so I am looking and listening to everything. They were awesome! They made sure they were clean and sterile when needed to be and poor Quinton had to run around but every time he left the room he took off his gloves and put new ones on when he came back. Standard precautions are a must in my book and they were on point! I will be going there as long as they are there! & the best part of it is they are God fearing men, just talking to them I could tell that are believers! Thanks guys for making my experience a lot better this time around!!

They say cleaning are free but still bill your insurance if you have it. They did not tell me they were out of my insurance network. They tried to make me pay to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. However I later found out that my bottom wisdom teeth were not even fully developed and was told a dentist should not even consider pulling an undeveloped tooth by a different dentist working there ! DO NOT GO HERE!

I've been with Dental Excellence for years now and the staff and service is nothing short of amazing. Every time I walk inside I am greeted with a smiling face, accompanied by a great Dental Assistance and doctor. Whether a friend lives in Nashville to Winchester, TN, I always recommend Dental Excellence for great dental work.

It is awesome that they are open so late which helps me since I'm a mother with 3 children and my leave for work is used for them. The staff and doctors are super nice too.

A emergency visit brought me to this location 2/14/2018. I have yet to be disappointed with my decision. The staff are friendly and obviously enjoy their careers and co-workers. I have to commend "Dr. Hansen", this man had such  patience with me and my difficult tooth (Moral Extraction)! Honestly, I thought he was going to give up (lol) but he kept at it with "Mrs. Tammy" and with minimal pain they got it out. Also, completed a root canal which I was fearful of to start with. The most comfortable $2000.00 and 5 hours I have ever spent sitting (lol)! I have been back 2 additional times since that day and can't wait for my next cleaning and follow/up! I really enjoy the environment and the dentist I have seen.
