Great Office Staff!!

The office staff here is EXCELLENT!!!  After experiencing issues with my insurance company approving then denying my procedure after I arrived, the office staff assisted and stepped in to help me get everything approved!  I was very impressed with them being assertive enough to help resolve the issue!  Today is the day for my procedure and after receiving such great customer service from the front office staff, I feel I’ve definitely made the right decision with having my procedure done with Buffy Storm, DDS!

Dr. Storm is great! Great on my root canal. She explains what she doing. I love that most.. She will have you in and out but not rushing through the procedure! If that makes sense. I would recommend her all day long!!!!

Tia FOWLER-SCRUGGS  my experience was awesome this was my first root canal done. Everyone told me bad stories. So I had JENNA Dr. Bell Assistance. JENNA was awesome not once did I have a question. She made me feel comfortable, and not afraid. She answered all my questions. She very professional loves her job. I had a little pain but, that to be expected. I may have taken 2 Aleve and that all. If I know anyone will tell them this is place that you be taken care. Thank again. I had my root canal done on Jan 4 2018.

Dr. Bell and his assistant Jenna were amazing. I was in a lot of pain. They made sure I was out of pain before I left. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Middle Tennessee Endodontics.

I don't like dentists, but Dr Storm and her staff make even a root canal not-too-bad.  I also appreciate and trust their judgement since I was sent here for many root canals and despite the fact they would make more money, they said I really only needed one of them.  Dr Storm was also able to fix a root canal gone wrong from a different dentist.  I tell every about this office, which, honestly, I know sounds strange.
