I love this office! Going to the dentist is not something I've ever looked forward to. However, every staff member I have met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. And Dr. Cho...love her!! She is both processional and personable! She carefully listens, accesses the situation and then takes the time to explain everything that is happening with whatever the situation or problem may be.
I would highly recommend this office! It's the first time, in my life, that I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Can't say enough about Dr. Herring and staff. Everyone was so kind and stayed after hours to ensure my son did not go into the weekend with the pain he arrived with!! Dr. Herring is very thorough, smart and great in all aspects of dentistry. This place feels right and my family will be forever patients!! Thank you guys for great hospitality from the moment I called on the phone. What a treat to meet such kind people who love their job and provide such wonderful services!!! Jacqueline Marshall

Dr. Herring took a lot of time to explain the procedure and made sure that he understood my concerns.  He then extracted one of my teeth which was absolutely painless and for which I am very grateful. 

He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Rivers Dental Care. I had recently relocated to Murfreesboro last fall, and was extremely apprehensive about finding a new dentist - especially since I hadn't had the best of experiences in the past. The receptionists were very helpful when scheduling my initial appointment. The hygienist - Patricia - was friendly and very welcoming! Not only did she do an excellent job cleaning my teeth, but she walked me through each step of the appointment. Dr. Herring was also great - he is personable and honest (which most would appreciate). I used to dread going to the dentist, but this experience has completely changed that mindset. I look forward to seeing them again in 6 months!

I called hoping to schedule a new patient appointment at 3pm and was able to get an appointment at 1230 the very next day! Exceptional service, quick, efficient, conservative not aggressive, and the entire staff was super friendly!!! I needed some dental work and was able to do it the same day without the need to make another appointment. Took time to answer all my questions and explained everything very well.  My husband and step son go across town, they couldn't see me for 6 weeks and told me that is a typical wait time for new patients. Planing my 4 year olds first check up. It will definitely be here. Patient for life. Thanks Rivers Dental!! Recommend this place to anyone. Super great experience!!
