"FROM MY FIRST VISIT TO GATEWAY  FAMILY DENTISTRY, I HAVE FELT AT EASE AND VERY WELL CARED FOR..."
It is with pleasure that I write about my experience at Gateway Family Dentistry. You see, I am (was) a very apprehensive person about going to the dentist. The thought of it brought on severe anxiety, rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath. After years of having the same dentist, until his retirement. I had several experiences with dentists that were horrible. I was a basket case upon arriving to Gateway Family Dentistry. Dr. Erwin and her staff were extremely professional, friendly and competent.  I found her extremely knowledgeable, most professional, and sensitive to my concerns. I felt immediately at ease as Dr. Erwin discussed my treatment options at length and laid out a plan, both dental and financial. This was a big decision, but I knew that I was in GREAT hands with Dr. Erwin.  I knew on my first visit I made the right choice. Dr. Erwin sat with me and explained in detail the areas that needed immediate attention. Over the course of a year, Dr. Erwin has corrected numerous problems including several root canals and crowns. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results of Dr. Erwin's wonderful work. She meticulously prepared my teeth, advising me of each step, and worked tirelessly for the best creative solution. 
Dr. Erwin and her staff have gone out of their way to make every visit comfortable and as stress-free as possible.
Dr. Erwin only uses the best material and takes her time with every project. If it is an examination, implants, root canal, or fillings, you get the same attention no matter what. 
Dr. Erwin's warm personality and her skilled personnel helped add trust to the doctor-patient relationship.
I feel extremely lucky to have found such a kind and competent dentist. I am grateful to Dr. Erwin and her entire staff.

I can't say enough good things about Gateway Dental. These are the nicest most empathetic people ever! I was in horrible pain today from an issue with my tooth. When my own dentist wouldn't even return my calls, these folks actually worked me in on a Saturday. Dr. Patel was great. They clearly presented all options for my tooth, and alleviated my pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Gateway Dental. You are my friends for life. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Dr. Rachel Erwin and her entire staff are compassionate and diligent. Being 42 years old, I have experienced a lot of dental offices across the United States. Dr. Erwin and her staff have offered me the best service and treatment to date. The office is well organized, administrated and clean. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room for my scheduled appointments. The staff have diligently answered all of my questions and reviewed all of my records with me in detail. Dr. Erwin is a highly meticulous, skilled and compassionate dentist. My personal rating of Gateway Family Dentistry is well beyond 5 stars.

Our family always has a wonderful experience when visiting Gateway Family, Dr Erwin and the staff are so nice and personable! The office is decorated beautifully and creates a relaxing environment as soon as you walk in. They also have a tablet kiosk in the waiting room and a flat screen TV above the chairs in each room (this is great for our toddler during her cleanings). We highly recommend Gateway Family Dentistry!

This dental practice is nice overall and the hygienists are as well! The hygienist I had was gentle yet thorough. She was awesome. However my one complaint is the dentist! She didn't spend too much time looking in my mouth and overall did not have a compassionate attitude. Seems kind of full of herself honestly. Other than that this office is sufficient enough for 6 month cleanings. I don't think I'd use this office though for other services.
